New 2012 Winter Rates
Our new 2012 Winter rates are now in effect, click here to view the current Rates/Fees. It is a great rate and a great time to start working on the game for Spring.

Our 2nd Monthly Open tournament is scheduled for Saturday, February 11th (02/11/2012) at 10:00am. Unfortunately, our January tournament had to be cancelled due to inclement weather. We had a very good crowds for the November and December tournaments, and everyone seemed to have a good time. Participants in the tournament will get a $5.00 weekend discount. So plan on coming out for the February tournament, meet other golfers, and have fun.

When the RGA Monthly Open Tournament is fully ramped up, participants could be flighted in "A" (best golfers, lowest handicap), "B", or "C" flights. Each flight could, therefore, have winners. Participants will also have the opportunity to track a handicap. Another possibility for 2012 is to have running points standings (based on finishing position each month) for each flight, with an eventual 2012 RGA Open Tournament Champion for each flight.

These events will have a limited number of openings...so if you are planning to play Saturday, December 10th at 10:00am...call the proshop (919-772-9987) to reserve your spot or email your confirmation to play to rgamarketing@rgagolf.net.

Family Membership ($1,800.00):
If you are looking for the opportunity to play more golf with your spouse or children (18 years of age and under), then you should consider the new annual Family Membership opportunity. Do the math...it's a great deal!!

About RGA
Raleigh Golf Association was founded in 1929. We are the second oldest golf course in the Raleigh area. Our course was re-designed in 1998 by David Postlethwaite. RGA currently has 18 holes public and 9 holes that are private but are open to the public at certain times. These 27 holes of golf provide unique challenges for all levels of golf experience. RGA is "walker-friendly", with minimal distances from green-to-tee.

Raleigh Golf Association currently hosts a variety of corporate, fund raising, tournament, and league play events. Our staff is committed to the success of each and every event staged at RGA. We are proud to be a favorite destination of senior, women, and junior golfers. RGA currently hosts senior and women specific golf leagues, and is a frequent host of local high school tournaments and matches.

We have a full line Pro Shop with on site inventory of golf balls, gloves, tees, shoes, shirts, hats, golf bags, push carts, etc. RGA's Snack Bar Facility provides lunch time options as well as a variety of snacks and beverages.

RGA is open year round for your playing convenience. Tee times are not required. Starters are on duty at all times.
